How does Pegasus target followers?
Followers are primarily targeted through liking and following accounts based upon the hashtags you specify, with the help of secondary scripts utilized to weed out bots and some businesses.
Does the bot make comments and post pictures for me?
Pegasus is meant to complement your account, not replace you! We encourage our users to post frequently and interact with other profiles. We do not share images or statuses on your behalf, nor do the bots make comments. If those are features that interest you, we can certainly work with you to include them, but we usually don't go that route.
What happens to the people who don't follow me back?
After a certain time period, targeted accounts who don't follow you back are put on an "Unfollow" list and eventually deleted.
Why do you need my login information? How do I know it won't get stolen or that you won't go through my messages?
The bot cannot function without your user credentials, as it's doing the same things you would be doing on an account (liking and following). We require new customers to sign an electronic non-disclosure agreement, which renders us legally bound to keep any information about your account confidential. We NEVER go through your personal messages. We do, however, scroll through your feed occasionally to analyze the integrity of your new followers in order to fix problems and make improvements.
How do you protect sensitive data?
Sensitive user information, such as usernames, passwords, and bot customization requests, is stored off of the internet and off of physical machines in order to protect you. Any correspondence that includes this information is deleted on our end (in the interest of safety, please delete it from your end, too). Even when initially setting up and inputting user information for the bot, we have implemented multi-factor authentication and run systems with Pegasus programs on them through encrypted connections.
Aren't bots bad?
Like them or not, bots are everywhere. It's easy for someone to claim, "That's cheating", but since the presence of bots is so large on social media, trying to effectively keep up with other accounts that utilize them is a fool's game. You would have to spend every waking hour of every day online, mundanely liking and following posts and people. That's where Pegasus comes in. Additionally, according to Instagram's terms of use, only autonomous account creation through the use of bots is banned. We are careful to respect platform activity limits to protect the status of your account.
How many new followers can I expect?
The number of new followers gained varies based on numerous factors. These include, but are not limited to:
How interesting your account is to other people
How often you post
The hashtags you specify to grow your network
***Very important*** The quality of the material you post
Please remember that Pegasus was not built to get other bots or fake profiles to follow you, but instead to attract interaction from real humans. If your content isn't very good, it's much harder to amass a following.
I'm not just going to hand over my social media username and password over to anybody online. Can I chat with a real person?
Absolutely! We want to make you feel as comfortable as possible, which is why we have focused on security so much. Simply fill out an inquiry below, and we will be in contact with you via your preferred medium. From there, we can set up a chat thread, a phone call, or a video conference.
What do progress reports contain? When do I receive them?
Your first progress report will come within a few days of the close of your free trial. It will contain a variety of monthly statistics as far as followers and posts, as well as proprietary metrics. Should you continue with our services, we will ask you a few questions to further customize reports and strategically determine our plan of attack for the following month. The reports are great for benchmarking purposes.
